Accounts and plans

You need an account to use ReceiptAlert. The Free plan includes 25 receipt scans per month. The Plus plan is $4.99 USD per month for unlimited scans and extra features, billed through Stripe. You can cancel Plus at any time from your account — you keep Plus until the end of the billing period, then drop back to Free.

Warranty dates are estimates

Unless you set a warranty length yourself, the warranty dates shown in your vault are AI estimates of typical manufacturer terms — not the actual terms of your product. Always check your paperwork or the manufacturer before making a claim.

Keep your originals

ReceiptAlert is a convenience, not a legal archive. Keep your original receipts for returns, taxes, and warranty claims.

Acceptable use

Upload only receipts that belong to you, and don't try to break, abuse, or overload the service.

Liability

ReceiptAlert is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for missed warranty claims, lost data, or anything else arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as ReceiptAlert evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
