What we collect

To run your vault we collect your email address (for your account), the receipt photos you upload, and the data extracted from them (vendor, date, totals, and line items). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Your data powers the vault: filing, search, warranty tracking, spending summaries, and account emails like plan changes and warranty alerts. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Who else touches your data

Receipt photos are read by our AI extraction provider, stored with our cloud database and file storage providers, and payments are processed by Stripe. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Your control

Your vault is private to your account. Want your receipts deleted or your account closed? Email us and we'll take care of it.

We'll update this page if our practices change, and the “last updated” date above will reflect it.
